DESCRIPTION:Pedals & Pints: The Long Haul\nSaturday\, August 1\, 2026\nCheck-in: 8:30 AM  |  Rollout: 9:00 AM sharp\nDunbar Historical Society / Sheepskin Trailhead \nJoin the Fayette Trails Coalition and National Road Heritage Corridor for\nPedals & Pints: The Long Haul—a 34-mile\, no-drop group ride\nfrom Dunbar to Ohiopyle and back. \nThe ride follows the Sheepskin Trail to its connection with the Great Allegheny\nPassage\, continuing into Ohiopyle before returning to Dunbar. Riders will have\nan opportunity to stop at Twisted Spoke Café in Ohiopyle for food\,\ndrinks\, and a well-earned break before the return trip. \n\nRide Details\n\nDistance: Approximately 34 miles round trip\nRoute: Dunbar to Ohiopyle and back\nSurface: Primarily crushed limestone trail\nRide style: No-drop group ride\nEstimated return: Around 5:00 PM\nMeet-up location: Dunbar Historical Society / Sheepskin Trailhead\n\n\nWhat to Bring\nPlease come prepared with a properly maintained bicycle\, water\, snacks\,\nweather-appropriate clothing\, and any personal repair supplies you may need.\nHelmets are strongly encouraged. \n\nRide Safely\nParticipants ride at their own risk and are responsible for following trail\nrules\, traffic laws\, and instructions from ride leaders.
